Terms of service

All accounts must be used for internet use only. This means if you have a personal website, then you are forbidden to upload anything classed as “undesirable content”. This includes such things as;

• Zip files
• Rar files
• Exe files
• Mp3’s
• Video

All websites shall contain only the files used on their website. This is in the form of the following ( How ever you are not just limited to these files, they are a guideline );

• PHP
• Asp
• Perl
• Cgi
• Html
• Shtml
• Images
• Sql

If any “undesirable content” is found on our servers, we will contact the user and inform them that they are not permitted to have such content uploaded. The user will be given 6 hours to remove the offending content, after which time the content shall be removed by us and the account suspended.
Illegal content shall in no way be uploaded to our servers. If we discover illegal content, we shall suspend your account and inform the local authorities of your actions. Any illegal content made available on our servers is solely the responsibility of the user who uploaded it, we under no circumstances shall be responsible.

In no way do we condone spamming, and as such have taken precautions against such actions on our servers. If a user is found spamming using his / her account, the account shall be immediately suspended pending further investigation. As a guideline we consider sending over 200 emails at once spamming.

Misuse of resources, including but not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances.

Streaming media can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use a PHP message forum.

The use of web cam applications which maintain a constant FTP connection uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden.

If you are unsure about content you intend to place on our network, please check with us before you do. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.

Users who purchase domain names are responsible for keeping up payment of renewal, any payments late or missed may incur a late or cancelation fee. Domain names which go over the last date for payment will be cancelled. Any hosting that the user has purchased, will not be cancelled as long as payment is recieved.
